BOXLY is a digital inventory and organization service. It enables features such as:

• creation of boxes and storage locations
• photo upload
• AI object recognition
• inventory management
• AI-powered search
• QR codes
• organization of physical belongings

You must be at least 18 years old to use BOXLY.

You are responsible for:

• the accuracy of your account information
• keeping your login credentials secure
• all activity performed through your account

You retain ownership of your content.

BOXLY receives only a limited license needed for:

• hosting
• storage
• processing
• AI analysis
• search functionality

Artificial intelligence can make mistakes.

BOXLY does not guarantee that:

• every object will be detected
• every object will be correctly named
• every storage location will always be correct
• every AI answer will always be accurate

You should verify information that is especially important to you.

You must not use BOXLY for:

• unlawful use
• unauthorized access
• attempts to bypass security
• malware distribution
• abuse of APIs
• attacks on infrastructure
• infringement of privacy or intellectual property
• uploading content that you do not have the right to process

BOXLY may offer:

• a Free plan
• paid subscriptions
• paid features

The exact price, billing interval and feature limits are always shown before you make a purchase.

Recurring subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them.

You can cancel your subscription to prevent the next renewal payment. Unless applicable law or the checkout terms require otherwise, paid access remains active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

Where Paddle is integrated as the payment provider, Paddle may act as the Merchant of Record for BOXLY transactions and may handle:

• payments
• applicable taxes
• receipts and invoices
• refunds
• chargebacks

This section applies from the moment the payments feature is enabled for your purchase.

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Subscription cancellation and account deletion are not the same thing.

Deleting your account may permanently delete your:

• boxes
• photos
• inventory
• locations
• notes

We work to keep BOXLY available, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime or uninterrupted access.

The BOXLY software, branding, interface and original design belong to the operator or the applicable licensors. Your content remains yours.

To the extent permitted by law, BOXLY is not liable for indirect losses resulting from:

• incorrect AI recognition
• an incorrectly recorded location
• temporary unavailability of the service
• you not being able to find a physical item

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without limiting mandatory consumer rights that may apply based on your country of residence.
